To further develop Panoptechs capability to provide Milestone customers with the best levels of service possible, we have implemented a dedicated Milestone Help desk number.
The new contact number will put customers directly through to a Panoptech Milestone Certified Engineer/Technician, who will be able to work with working through the support enquiry.
This service is provided in addition to the normal Milestone Care+ and provides telephone support for customers around individual applications of XProtect and also as Platinum Partners, allows customers to take advantage of having support tickets prioritised with Milestone.
If you already have a Milestone Support Contract in place, then you will be contacted directly with the new contact number and details, to access your support service.
