As the Christmas and New Year period will be shortly upon us, we wanted to let you know what this looked like at Panoptech.
The plan is that all our offices will be closed from midday on 24th December 2019, reopening at 8:30am on 2nd January 2020.
For customers with current maintenance contracts, who have any support issues during this period, our team will be available via your usual support contact telephone number or the helpdesk portal.
If you have any questions around your particular support arrangements then please do not hesitate in contacting us before the 24th December 2019 so we can make sure you have something in place.
